Your site must be somewhat like mine that is, a personal site with lot of content.
I would prefer if either have your own domain or be hosted at a domain, sites on geocities, freewebs can apply if they are exceptionally good.
Your site must be updated regularly, I am not saying you have to blog everyday but it should not be dead either.
Your web designing skills must be good, a nice layout and well organised sites are most welcome.
You must have a good quantity of content for your visitors, not just a blog.
You have to link back to my site under a section named 'affilates' or something similar.
Take a look at my current affiliates to get an idea of what kind of sites I like.
